Message of February 28 was read stating, the House has failed to               
concur in the Senate amendment to CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                        
32(FIN) and respectfully requests the Senate to recede from its                
amendment, namely:                                                             
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 32(FIN) am S                                            
An Act relating to administrative proceedings                                 
involving a determination of eligibility for a                                 
permanent fund dividend or authority to claim a                                
dividend on behalf of another; and providing for an                            
effective date.

In the event the Senate fails to recede, the Speaker has appointed the         
following members to a CONFERENCE COMMITTEE to meet with                       
a like committee from the Senate to consider the bills:

	Representative Finkelstein                                                    
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the Senate recede from its amendment.               
                                                                               
The question being:  Shall the Senate recede from its amendment                
to CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 32(FIN)?  The roll was taken with

and so, the Senate failed to recede.                                           
                                                                               
President Pearce appointed the following members to a
